Personal Training prices
1 session per week £180 (4 sessions £45 p/h)
2 sessions per week £320 (8 sessions £40 p/h)
3 sessions per week £420 (12 sessions £35 p/h)
6 Week Learn to Lift Weights Course
£630 (3 sessions per week, can be on an individual basis or with a friend)
Monthly update session
£60 per month. Perfect for those who already go to a gym but need direction, focus and motivation or those wanting to work out from home.
What you get:
- weigh in, take photos and measurements
- go through exercise techniques
- write an exercise programme for the month (going through the previous months progress)
- measure, set and motivate to achieve your goals
- go through diet for the previous month and set goals for the following month
